The Grand Center for Arts and Culture’s mission is to support local artists by offering the programming and tools necessary to explore, develop and nurture their gifts; provide local arts and cultural organizations access to resources which allow them to thrive; and to enrich community life through arts and cultural education and experiences.
The GCAC is a community hub for arts and cultural experiences housed in the former Grand Hotel building. We provide the community with an art gallery, space for music practice, private artist studio spaces, an arts education area, and live performance space.
The live entertainment and performing arts program, hosted on the first level at The Grand Kabaret, offers high-quality, original music, and dramatic arts experiences to the community on Friday and Saturday evenings. The program offers new artists a chance to hone their craft in front of a captive audience, as well as offering seasoned performances to the community at large.
GCAC Memberships start at $25/year and come with many perks, such as a 10% discount on gallery and gift shop purchases and discounted show tickets. You’ll also be added to our mailing lists to be in the know on all things happening at The Grand. Become a member today!
Note: Membership is NOT required to attend events (live music, gallery exhibits, art education classes, etc) at The Grand.
